What's in the name?
The site name QueenBilqees stems from the meaning of my name Bilikis- Queen of Sheba, an honorable woman or a successful woman (Warning: The Urban Dictionary meaning is hilarious). The choice of the Pen Name 'Bilqees' is my father's fancy way of spelling my name on my books when I was little. Through him, I discovered my interest in writing from childhood. My love of taking photographs is expressed in my posts, all pictures used are from my collection over the past few years.
